Welcome to Donner Lake California. Chris grew up coming here with his family, then introduced it to me while we were dating. This time we traveled to Donner with Chris's family for the first Houston family reunion.
We began our journey from Logan, Utah at 5 in the morning.
After a pleasant 8 hour drive, including plenty of rest stops and car changing we arrived.
Once we all got into the cabin, the fun began.
We started the night off with tin foil dinners and games. In addition, since it was Chris's birthday, we celebrated by making him his annual fort, this year it was Fort Monroe that currently resides in Virginia. In addition we ate delicious pie made by his aunt.
